RETURNS

Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our on-line sales website or over the telephone, no problem. Please return your item(s) in the condition they were received and unused within 14 days of the date the goods were delivered to you. Please return the goods to us and enclose a copy of your original order/invoice and a copy of the goods received slip you should be given by the courier. Please arrange for all goods to be sent to our returns department at the address below. We do not accept returns at any of our retail stores

Please send returned items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery and obtain a tracking reference. Our Warehouse is open to accept returns Monday-Friday 9.30 to 5.30. Please make arrangements with the delivery service to schedule delivery between these times. The Baggage Factory ltd cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please ensure that the items to be returned to us are safely and robustly packed to avoid any damage or loss while they are on their way to us. If you still have the packing used in our delivery to you and it is in a useable state, please use this original packing since it designed for safe and reliable transport.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. The Baggage Factory reserve the right to charge a £10.0 surcharge for all goods returned without good reason.We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. In order for an exchange the sum of £4.99 must be included to cover re-posting charge. We can only refund the credit or debit card or PayPal account used for payment.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address or any of our retail stores. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
